It's funny that you wrote that because I had one for lunch today! Hadn't had a pb and tomato sandwich in years...of course I learned to eat those growing up. Peanut butter and bacon is also delicious.
I was discussing the wonders of peanut butter with a co-worker yesterday. She scoffed at PB and tomato. Her favorite? PB and dill pickle. Hmm.
